Happy June!

Have you been struggling to ENJOY the fruits of your labor?

Have you been looking so far into the future at the next project, next accomplishment, etc. that you’ve been neglecting to be proud of what you’ve done right here in the present?

Do you struggle to be content with where you are RIGHT NOW?

If so, let this verse be your anchor verse this June!

The book of Ecclesiastes is full of wisdom about how to live life on this side of heaven. Solomon, the presumed author, lived a life full of riches, wealth, and glory, and yet goes on to explain what actually matters in this life — glorifying the Lord, finding true contentment in the fruits of your labor instead of the rat race for riches, and more.

This June, take the time to be conscious of what you already have, and thank God for it! Even if you are in a season of turmoil, remember to consider the trials pure joy, because God is working all things out for your good and His glory!

No matter our circumstances, we are to enjoy what and WHO we have, what we have worked for, what we have not accomplished — right here, right now. That’s how we find true contentment!
