REFUGE UNITED 2026 is happening on July 29th at New Life Church starting at 6:30pm, and I want to personally invite you and your youth group to be there.
Doors open at 5:30pm, and this is a completely free event, sponsored by Refuge Youth Network. We’re packing the night with games, giveaways, worship, and we’ll even have food trucks.
We’ve got a couple of really special guests lined up for the night.
Dr. Steven Robertson will be with us as our keynote speaker. He’s a nationally recognized speaker, author, and leadership expert who has spent years helping people understand and reach the next generation. He’s bringing a message that will challenge and equip students in a powerful way.
We’re also excited to have Laura Williams joining us, helping lead worship and sharing her story. You may recognize her from NBC’s The Voice, but beyond that, she has a heart for worship and for this generation. Her voice, her story, and her passion for Jesus are something your students won’t want to miss.
This night is for every youth group in our region, and it’s completely free. If you’ve been looking for something that brings students together, encourages them in their faith, and reminds them they’re not alone, this is it.

Listen to Laura's debut single "Who Jesus Is", which sets the scene for her intentions behind her career for Christ and depicts her testimony.
Laura's "Praying Woman" is an ode to all of the mothers, wives, friends, and girls that go to war for us in unwavering prayer.
Laura's second single "Hurts Right Now" is an honest conversation with God, detailing the paradox between trusting in Him but also being in a season where hope is overshadowed by pain and suffering.
Laura's single "Cheap Church Clothes" is for the outcasts, the isolated and those who don't always quite feel like they fit in, even within the church. This groovy anthem highlights the importance of speaking up about church hurt and finding sole identity in Christ.
